a little bit about me…
I was born and raised in the metro Detroit area so I am a midwest girl through and through! I am also an alumni of Western Michigan University where I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography along with a minor in Entrepreneurship. During my time in college, I had the privilege to spend a semester in Florence, Italy and attended the Florence School of Fine Art where I was fully immersed into a new creative environment. That experience allowed me to grow tremendously as an artist and a person overall. Many elements of my work today are still influenced by the skills and perspective I developed during that time.
When I’m not photographing, you’ll likely find me traveling, catching up with friends and family, spending time near the water or trying a new restaurant somewhere in the city. I’m constantly inspired by art, movement and everyday moments which naturally find their way into how I see and document the world.

My style blends a documentary approach with thoughtful direction when needed. Every client and every vision is different, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to photography. I aim to create images that feel natural and honest while still offering guidance to help moments unfold comfortably and authentically.
I’m especially drawn to natural light and true-to-color editing, creating photographs that feel timeless and true to the moment. Whether you revisit your images one week, five months or ten years from now, my goal is for them to bring you right back to how it felt when it was captured.
